BOOKING POLICY
At Embella On Barkly we kindly ask that prior to booking an appointment you agree with our terms & conditions.

Clients are asked to please arrive 10 minutes early to their appointment to ensure they get their full appointment time allocation. If you are running late your appointment time will be cut short to ensure the therapist does not run late for the next appointment.

A text message will be sent 48 hours prior to your booking to confirm your appointment. We ask you to reply promptly to this message as this helps to reduce no shows. We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment, we kindly ask you provide us with minimum 24 hours notice, this allows us enough time to to offer that spot to another client. Please phone us on 5977 1212 to change your appointment, if less than 24 hours notice is given the cancellation policy will be in place (read below).

We require a 20% deposit on all bookings to secure that time & therapist.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Last minute cancellations, no-shows’ & late appointment changes disadvantage both our business and other clients. Our expert therapists dedicate their time specifically to look after you, a 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

We will send you a confirmation text 48hrs prior to your appointment. We understand that sometimes you may need to change/cancel your booking – we kindly request 24hs notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice, as we will not have enough time to rebook your time slot.

If you do not wish to pay a booking fee you are more than welcome to try your luck on the day, with whichever therapist is available – but please know that we are unable to allocate a specific therapist or time slot for you in advance. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and we will continue to try to keep things fair for all of our clients.

PAYMENT POLICY
At Embella we accept, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, American Express & AfterPay.

We do not hold any personal client accounts, all appointments performed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day.
